Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

The short version

PrimeDeck provides AI-powered tools for informational purposes only. Nothing we produce is legal, insurance, medical, or financial advice. You're responsible for what you upload and what you do with our output. We can cancel the service for abuse; you can cancel any time.

1. Who we are

PrimeDeck (the “Service”) is operated by the entity behind primedeck.ai (“PrimeDeck,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. One account per person; sharing credentials across users violates these Terms.

4. The Service — and what it is not

PrimeDeck runs AI models (currently Anthropic's Claude) against text you submit to produce analyses, drafts, and generated documents across contracts, insurance policies, medical bills, proposals, resumes, and related categories.

Output is informational, not advice. PrimeDeck is not a law firm, insurance broker, medical biller, financial advisor, or HR consultant. Output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, sharing it, signing it, sending it to a counterparty, or taking any action based on it. For consequential decisions, consult a qualified professional.

We may change, add, or remove features at any time. We may also impose, adjust, or remove usage quotas on any plan.

5. Your content

“Your Content” means the text, documents, briefs, and other inputs you submit, plus the outputs we generate for you. You retain all ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, to send redacted text to our AI provider, display results back to you, and store generated output in your dashboard.

We do not train AI models on Your Content. We do not sell Your Content. Our data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right (including copyright, contract, confidentiality, or privacy).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • • Use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • • Submit content you don't have permission to submit (stolen documents, sealed court records, classified material, etc.).
  • • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, bypass rate limits, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • • Use output to impersonate a licensed professional or to provide regulated advice to third parties.
  • • Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.
  • • Use the Service to generate content that defames, harasses, discriminates, or is sexually explicit material involving minors.
  • • Use the Service to train a competing AI model.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund, at our discretion.

7. AI-specific terms

Non-determinism. AI output varies. The same input can produce different output on different runs. We don't guarantee any specific output, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Hallucinations. AI models can confidently state things that are wrong, including fabricated citations, statutes, policy sections, or clause references. Verify anything material before acting on it.

PII redaction. Before sending document text to our AI provider, we redact high-sensitivity PII (SSNs, credit card numbers, account/policy numbers, phones, emails). Names, addresses, and dates of birth are not redacted because they're often required for useful output. Do not submit content whose remaining PII you are not comfortable sending to a third-party AI provider.

Third-party AI provider. By using the Service, you authorize us to transmit the redacted portions of Your Content to Anthropic (or a successor AI provider) subject to their commercial terms, which prohibit training on your data and delete inputs/outputs within 7 days by default.

Ownership of output. As between you and us, you own the output we generate from Your Content. Note that AI output may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions and may resemble output produced for other users from similar inputs.

8. Plans, billing, and refunds

Plans. We offer a free tier with a low monthly quota, paid subscription plans (billed monthly or annually), and pay-per-use credits. Current pricing is at /pricing. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers; changes take effect at your next renewal.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel any subscription from your account page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pay-per-use credits are non-refundable once consumed. If a charge is clearly our error (duplicate billing, failed service), email support@primedeck.ai within 30 days and we'll make it right.

Taxes. Prices exclude taxes. You're responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page — this cancels any active subscription and removes your stored data.

We can suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or risk to the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we'll give notice first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.

10. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including the software, interfaces, brand, prompts, and infrastructure — is owned by PrimeDeck and protected by law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

Feedback you send us is non-confidential and we can use it without obligation to you.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of output. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that output will be correct or suitable for your situation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeDeck and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those places, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrimeDeck from third-party claims arising out of (a) Your Content, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) your use of the Service's output.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You and PrimeDeck each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify registered users by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PrimeDeck regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
