1,000 operations per month covers every legitimate small-agency workload — that's roughly 50 proposals + 100 renewal briefs + 300 contracts + 50 comparisons + room to spare. If you'd hit it, you're at enterprise-scale and we'd want to talk.
Will the team share one account?+
Today, accounts are per-user. We're working on a multi-seat Team plan; in the meantime, agencies on Business typically pool from a shared login. Each tool's history stays in that account, which is fine for most workflows.
Is this a replacement for our agency management system (AMS)?+
No — PrimeDeck complements your AMS. We don't store policies long-term, don't integrate with carriers, and don't manage the policy lifecycle. We're a prep + analysis tool that sits alongside Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, etc.
