Your current role + tenure, 3-5 specific accomplishments (ideally quantified — numbers, metrics, dollars saved/earned), the raise amount you're asking for (dollar or %), and optionally current salary + market data (Glassdoor, levels.fyi, salary.com). More specifics produce a better letter.
What tone should I pick?+

Will it write something I wouldn't say?+
